Upgraded HMI Control System
The Human Machine Interface (HMI) control system now supports both local operation and optional remote monitoring. Operators gain real-time visibility into key parameters, including cone pressure, amp draw, and the operational status of the auger, shaker, and pumps.
The system includes: Live telemetry for RPM, amperage, and PSI (where applicable)
Time Strapping Chart.
Automated startup sequence with built-in parameter checks
Alarm notifications for excessive amperage.
Phase correction warning on the home screen
Cross comparison between real-time data and predefined normal operating ranges for proactive equipment diagnostics
Safety & Monitoring Upgrades
Emergency Shut Down (ESD): Mounted at the top of the tank for immediate system shutdown if required. Dual Overflow Time-Strap System: Close the flapper valve on the low overflow pipe and time how long it takes the fluid level in the tank to rise to the top of the high overflow pipe ((example: 05:06.00(minutes: seconds) = 4.5 BBL/minutes)).
