Mission flooded-suction formula: NPSHa = Ha + Hst - Hvp - Hfs. Water vapor pressure is looked up from the table by temperature and converted from ft water to ft of pumped liquid by dividing by specific gravity.
Calculation Basis
Friction head = total equivalent ft / 100 × Mission Table 24 F × C correction multiplier × optional new-pipe multiplier. Table 24 is for C = 100. Values between listed GPM rows are linearly interpolated. Water vapor pressure uses the Properties of Water table from 40°F to 180°F, linearly interpolated between rows.
