v  Uses:  Dewatering of Sand and Silt, Coal Fines, Carbon Fines, Coke Fines, Cat Fines, Fly Ash, Bottom Ash, Hog Waste, Tank Cleaning and more.

v  Flow Rates:  Can handle sand slurries up to 3000 gpm.  Multiple systems can be ran in parallel to achieve higher flow rates.

v  Dry Solids: Typically we see 75-85% dry solids coming off the shakers.  On all of our recent projects, solids would pass paint filter test.  

v  Smallest Screen Size Available:  Recover material as fine as 400 Mesh ( 37 Micron or .037mm)

v  Hydrocyclones(12) Krebs 10" G-Max Cones, we feed each hydrocyclone at 500 gpm for at total of 6000 gpm cleaning capacity.

v  Duckbill Fresh Water Spray Nozzles:  (30) Per Unit - at 40psi 250 gpm and at 60psi 318 gpm .

v  Dimensions:  25' W X 52' L setup

v  Transportation:  (3) Truckloads

v  Operators Required:  Only takes (1) operator to run the system

v  Setup Time:  (1/2) day with good crane operator

v  Noise Level:  Quiet enough for residential areas

Front of Shakers:  25'  -  90 Db and 50'  -  82 Db

Behind Pump Skid:  25'  -  88 Db and 50'  -  80 Db
