v  Uses:  Dewatering of Sand and Silt, Coal Fines, Carbon Fines, Coke Fines, Cat Fines, Fly Ash, Bottom Ash, Hog Waste, Tank Cleaning and more.

v  Flow Rates:  Can handle sand slurries up to 1500 gpm.  Multiple systems can be ran in parallel to achieve higher flow rates.

v  Dry Solids: Typically we see 75-85% dry solids coming off the shakers.  On all of our recent projects, solids would pass paint filter test.  

v  Smallest Screen Size Available:  Recover material as fine as 400 Mesh ( 37 Micron or .037mm)

v  Hydrocyclones:  (6) Krebs 10" G-Max Cones, we feed each hydrocyclone at 500 gpm for at total of 3000 gpm cleaning capacity.

v  Duckbill Fresh Water Spray Nozzles:  (18) Per Unit - at 40psi 150 gpm and at 60psi 191 gpm .

v  Dimensions:  13'-9" W X 37'-8" L setup

v  Transportation:  (1) Truckload for 3 Panel Shakers and (2) truckloads for 4 Panel Shakers

v  Operators Required:  Only takes (1) operator to run the system
