Total Clean System
Del Tank &
Filtration Total Clean Systems (*Patented) are used for the
removal of solids from slurries that are common in the
Dredging, Oilfield, HDD, and Microtunneling industries. It has
proven highly efficient in contaminated sediment dredging
projects where high volumes of sand must be removed and
dewatered. Multiple units can be utilized in series or parallel
to achieve maximum solids removal at flow rates in excess of
3000 gpm.

A recent lab report from one of our TCW-3000 Plus systems
dewatering 2,500 gpm, reports there are no particles larger than
35 Microns (400 Mesh) passing through the system.
For reference to how small that is, 400 Mesh is equal to 400
holes per square inch.
