Total Clean Units - Rapid Dewatering

Total Clean Video

Total Clean Demonstration Video
This 8 minute video is a demonstration of how well the Patented Total Clean System works.  This video will demonstrate rapid dewatering of Sand, Silt, Coal, and Carbon with flow rates ranging from 800 GPM to 3000 GPM.  Even at these flow rates this system will give you  up to 85%  dry solids depending on the type of material, a tough task for competitors especially with material as small as 400 Mesh.

Florida Sand Dewatering

Sand Cleaning Video

NEW!  Sand Dewatering Project
This video shows how (1) Large Total Clean was utilized to handle flow rates of up to 3000 gpm. The dredged slurry consisted of sands, silts and organics and was being removed from a recreational lake in Florida.  The sands that were removed from the slurry were being stockpiled and reused in the park area. The set up of the unit consisted of (1) scalping shaker and (4) desanding hydro-cyclone units. The first three units handled the bulk of the sand load while the 4th unit primarily handled the finer material.

Effluet Discharge

NEW!  Dripping Springs Texas  "Dead Man's Hole Dewatering Project" DEL utilized one of its Total Clean Systems in conjunction with two of its 100 cubic foot mobile filter presses to remove sediment from Dead Man's Hole near Dripping Springs, TX, just west of Austin.  The Total Clean was equipped with a Scalping Shaker and one Desand/Desilt unit set up with 400 mesh Screens. Dead Man's Hole is a deep cavernous pool that had been muddied due to an inflow of sediment from upstream construction during torrential rains.  The constant flow of the waterfall into the pool continued to re-suspend the powder-like sediment, turning the pool milky green.  American Underwater Services (AWS) was contracted to provide the diver/dredging operations and DEL was contracted to remove the sediment from the dredged slurry and return sparkling clear water to the pool.  AWS's divers had the difficult task of removing the powder-like sediment without disturbing the natural bottom of the pool.  AWS pumped 600-800 gpm of milky slurry to DEL, who then removed the minimal amount of sand and gravel that was present with the Total Clean.  The rest of the suspended solids (-400 mesh) were removed by the two Filter presses.  As you can see in some of the photos the effluent that was returned to the pool was sparkling clear as required.  The clarity of the pool prior to the clean-up was less than 1.5 feet and by the time the dredging and filtration operations were completed the clarity was greater than 9 feet.
