Custom Fabrication

The Fabrication Division of DEL provides Turn-Key equipment fabrication from start to finish.  A customer's unique concept can be transformed into the finished product by DEL.  Whether it is the complete fabrication of Tanks, Pump Skids, or Conveyors or the refurbishing of Process Equipment (such as Filter Presses, Tanks, and Pumps), DEL provides quality service with speedy turn-around time.  We have over 18,000 square feet of fabrication space including our wash bay and a 40' X 80' sand blast facility.  Our 10 ton overhead crane allows us to handle many different jobs.

We are excited to announce the setup of our mobile TCW-3000 Plus System.  With this unit we can handle flow rates up to 4500 GPM while capturing fines as small as 400 mesh and still achieve 70-85% dry solids.
